Comprised of newly machined retainers, as well as inner and outer races, there are no cut down OEM parts. The aluminum drums are made of heat-treated aircraft aluminum. This eliminates the need for steel bushings and sleeves that can expand under heat and come loose, which would ultimately lead to transmission breakdown.
