Overhaul Kits
Elastomer kits can be ordered for 9",
8", 7", 6.325" & 5.5" diameter
dampers in 3 ring and 2 ring configuration, and are
available in 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 90 durometer.
Note: Add desired durometer
to the part 6 digit part number. Unless marked, most
dampers are shipped with 70 durometer elastomers.

Crank Trigger Shells
ATI now offers a custom crank trigger shell
eliminating an additional pulley being bolted to your
damper. ATI can place any number of magnets in the outer
shell at whatever degree marks you wish. These crank trigger
shells will work with “Flying Magnet” pick
ups and other trigger sources. When placing your order,
please have the desired quantity and location of magnets
ready.
Additional $50 charge for 5 or more magnets.

T-40 Plus Torx Bit
ATI dampers are assembled with T-40 plus
counter sunk bolts for the strongest possible mechanical
connection of the shell assembly to the crankshaft hub.
The T-40 Plus Torx Bit must used instead of a regular
torx bit for these bolts as the torx head is designed
for maximum strength when removing the bolt.

Crank Pin Drill
Fixture Kits for HEMI & LS1 Engines
The ATI Crank Pin Drill Fixture Kit allows you to install
1 or 2 dowel pins to the LS1 or HEMI crank, eliminating
the damper twist on the shaft. This is a must for circle
track or forced induction engines.

Hub and Weight Assembly
Each hub and weight assembly for the GM 400 Small Block
and 454-502 Big Block are identically balanced on super
accurate Hines equipment. You can balance your rotating
assembly with these slip fit units and you won't have
to press and pull until final assembly.
If the damper gets bent when your driver hits the wall,
you can bolt on a new one without rebalancing. If you're
balancing an internal balance engine, leave the ATI
damper in the box. Each part is zero balanced, but the
inertia weight will not center on the o-rings until
the engine fires.
