ATI Performance Products is proud to introduce the new 18-inch Shorty Extension Housing with roller bearing (part # 200039) for the Aluminum Powerglide OEM Case or Dedenbear Transmission Case.

For installation, this new replacement housing will retro fit to any Powerglide with a standard shorty extension without having to perform any machining or modification to the drive shaft yoke.

The two most important advantages of using the Shorty Extension Housing are reduced friction and longer transmission life. Also, to enhance the performance of the Shorty Extension Housing it can be used in conjunction with the installed Optional Case Bearing (part # 983040).
